Figs are really yummy usually. These ...Hi Sherry. Figs are really yummy usually. These are from a tree that the birds planted in our backyard and while the tree and fruit are pretty, they don't have much flavor so I'm stuck buying them at the store even though I have a tree in the yard. The leaves are wonderful to use in flower arrangements too. They have such textural veins and I line them around a glass vase in the water with the back side facing out so it shows that wonderful texture.
