Tropics

I'm back to playing with the palette knife.  I've been having so much fun painting beach scenes that I wanted to try it with another tool.  I'm not sure how successful the palm trees are but they sure were fun to paint.

  1. I loved the wave and the vivid colors in sand under water in foreground

  3. Thank you Prerana. Are you entering the Chemers show?

Thanks Sherry. As I look at them more, I'm liking them better. I think I was just a little too close and they are so different from my super literal way of painting so it was hard to wrap my head around them.
